  I never write reviews. However, the most recent unsatisfactory service, from this location, deserves one! I've shopped at VCF since I first went away to college, back in 2006. I've never had any issues, until my son's bed broke in half; just recently. The first time the delivery driver came to fix the bed, he broke the parts before getting them into the house. The second time, the wrong part was delivered. The third time, parts were missing! Every single time I've requested to speak to a manager and the rep refuses to transfer me. I even let her know EXACTLY what was needed, and still the wrong parts were sent. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for my son's bed to be fixed!
