Andy a store associate let me know he could not help since all he’s able to do is explain a break down of the plan, and sell a phone. And that ATT keeps it like that. Any information needed you can only get calling the 1-800 number that’s outsourced and you rarely get someone who speaks English. It’s supposed to be a corporate store but no one at the store is able to help.
