  My phone died on me today and being in sales, I needed a new one asap. I called the nearest Sprint store to my job and I was fortunate to have Amy pick up the phone. She got me the best price including extra discounts, while being concerned and helpful trying to retrieve my contacts. Unfortunately because my phone wasn't working, she was unable to, but she went out of her way to see if she could. Being in sales, I appreciate someone professional that knows what they are talking about. She came across as very honest and concerned for my plight. If you are looking for a new phone, make sure you call and ask for Amy. You won't find anyone better.
