  We came, we saw, we purchased. The wife and I needed a new dinning set since ours was my grandparents, we saw their sales add and knew what we were looking for. Nick greated us as we walked into the o rland location, and directed us quickly to the set we were looking at, he guided us to comparable alternatives. His guidance was great since we shopped with a 6 week old along side us. We were happy with their financing, 0%, and delivery. Now we are enjoying our set at home extremely happy.

  We selected a wonderfully soft Peyton sofa from the showroom in Orland Park and picked it up from the Romeoville warehouse. When we brought the item home we were extremely dissappointed! This sofa is rock hard and unbelievably uncomfortably! Definitely not the same item! We notified the Room place immediately and they refused to exchange the item stating "They didn't deliver it so they will not honor the 7 day satisfaction guarantee". We are now stuck with a terrible $600.00 piece of furniture!! I would not purchase furniture from here ever again. I suggest If you do make sure you take it out of the plastic at the warehouse to ensure you are getting the same item you selected from the showroom! Worst customer service ever!

  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE Learn from my mistake! They sell a warranty, and when you need it, the company finds any reason they can to deny it!!!!!! I spent a total of over $8k with the Room Place over the years and this is how they treat their customers! There are better options to buy furniture from these days! ** I already reached out to you, and Corporate Jasmine. You guys did nothing about it! Nice try with the damage control on the reviews!
