  I haven't been to a Pier 1 Imports in YEARS. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I was shopping for items to decorate my work office with. After visiting Home Goods, Target, Wal-Mart, Kirklands, and Bed Bath & Beyond, I was getting quite frustrated. However, the moment I walked into this Pier 1, I knew I was in the right spot. Within 5 seconds I was greeted in a genuine, non-pushy manner. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and just seemed to genuinely enjoy being there to help you. It was an enjoyable experience (which is hard to come by these days). As long as this service continues, I will forever bring my business here before anywhere else.

  I come to this Pier 1 all the time and I love it! I never write reviews, but today's visit was an exception and I had to write one. I came into Pier 1 today to get vases and decorative flowers for my new home. I walked in with no idea where to start and just my dining room's paint color in mind. I had no idea what kind of flowers I needed and am horrible at decorating. SHELLY was phenomenal! I showed her pictures of my dining room and asked her to help me. She did so good and these vases are beautiful and full!! She was amazing and so quick- she deserves this review. I wish I could post a pic of these vases- they are so cute! Thank you Shelly!
