  We were extremely happy with the product line and service at Mattress Firm. A new bed is a large expense and one that you need to get right since you must live with that decision for the next several years. We were extremely pleased with the knowledgeable staff that led us through our choices so we could pick the mattress we found most comfortable. But the best part is the guarantee--we have a couple months to try it out. If we find our that we are not happy with our purchase (for example either too firm or too soft) they will allow us to trade it in for another one--up to two times. The quality is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable and you just can't pass up the guarantee.
