  Edith was extremely helpful and professional. We did not feel pressured; rather, she showed us options and encouraged us to consider multiple solutions. While we had both reviewed my order, Edith did another follow-up and discovered a potential error/problem with the item numbers (for my sectional). She immediately phone me and we reviewed the selections, again. This resulted in a final correct order. We so appreciate the extra attention to details—we are looking forward to receiving our new living room merchandise!

  Salesperson greeted us but then disappeared. Had to find someone else when we needed help. Considering there were maybe 2 other customers in the store that was unacceptable. Fortunately was approached by another salesperson who was very helpful. Happy with our selection.

  Don Rogers was our designer. Prior to coming out for a consultation, Don and the store manager Jackie helped us pick out color selections. Jackie steered us towards furniture that would fit our life style and took into account our age. She shared with us that some sofas would be easier to get up from and had more of a straight back style. When we came in after our consultation, Don pulled everything together. He suggested different lamps then the ones we picked out. We loved his suggestions! He was great to work with and he really knows style and colors. This is our 2nd time at Lazy Boy. We bought two, rockers/recliners for our son's residential school. They still have them. My husband was a bit skeptical that Lazy Boy only have recliners and leather sofas and sectionals. We were interested in a more traditional and refine look to our living room and Lazy Boy delivered. I can't wait to get my new living room furniture. I would definitely go back again and would not hesitate to refer others. A very pleasant shopping experience with that special touch of caring. Dr. Jeanne Perkins
