  Out of the many locations I have visited,this location is certainly not a great one as far as customer service. Perhaps it just so happens to be the employees on certain visits,but then again occurrences like these shouldn't be this common.Today had made me finally decide that I will no longer give this location business.Their cashier employee number(won't say any names since the team is at fault as well for not redirecting their employees)122624 was completely rude when I tried to make a return,which I'm completely convinced it was for sale goal reasons which is slightly confusing since none of the workers were doing anything to help increase sales, by standing behind the checkout counter chatting amongst eachother,not assisting customers, ex:when customers had to ask for their own dressing rooms,employees just waved their hand over on the direction toward the dressing rooms and told customers to just go in instead of properly assisting them.I have worked in retail for many years so I understand the requirements of proper customer service and whoever is the basic manager or above should be ashamed with this location,being that each time I(and many other customers) decided to bring our business into this boutique,we(including others I know who have shopped this location) are left unassisted or frustrated with employees being unprofessional.In my situation,I was deciding to exchange instead of fully return since I just so happened to see something I liked however, employee 122624 made me feel that bringing my business here was a huge mistake by her attitude.I continued my exchange,as an employee had diffused the situation by explaining to her that I am able to make a return and the remains will go on a store credit.I didn't want to make a long message about this ,however this is not the first time I have witnessed behavior like this here.Perhaps the team should be receiving some customer service seminars or the basic manager should be doing more redirecting so that they don't continue to turn away business.I'm not writing this review to upset anyone and I surely would have written a good review had my experiences been different but I certainly will not encourage others to spend their hard earned money at a location as such as this one.

  I thought I was the only one that felt like their customer service leaves a lot left to be desired . I have been to other locations and actually expressed my feelings about that particular location. They didn't show interest in helping me. I asked an employee about a shirt I saw somewhere in the the store but couldn't remember where they were folded and it was a few of them. I told her what was written on the front of it and maybe ten minutes earlier a lady purchased one. The clerk told me we don't have anymore. I did find it but wasn't gonna buy anything from that store. The employees are somethng else.
