This was my very first experience with this business. I called to see if they take walk ins and the very first thing I had to deal with was the owners wife telling me how I was wasting my money going to my normal groomer. Not a good way to get ahead by putting down your competitors, but figured I'd give them a shot anyhow. So I brought my dog in to have her nails trimmed. I have them trimmed on a consistent basis through another facility and NEVER had an issue. The owners wife took her back it was close to 5 minutes and she was done. There didn't seem to be any issues as we walked 20 feet to the car. Once I got home it appeared that my dog had injured her paw by stepping on something. There was blood everywhere, and I mean everywhere! I panicked thinking maybe she stepped on something sharp as she got out of the car. So I immediately grabbed a wet cloth to clean her paw that I thought it was coming from and come to find out all of her paws had blood on them. Realizing the owners wife had cut her nails too short. So when I left a message Ryan called me back and I asked to come in and show him the same pictures posted here. This guy had zero compassion and all excuses. There was no apology for what had happened. This guy is extremely unprofessional with a smartass attitude. I just wanted an apology nothing more. I don't need excuses. Funny part was after his wife cut her nails she told me how she recommends I bring her every 2 weeks till the veins in the nail retract. Clearly she had no clue where the vein was in the first place. Then Ryan goes on to say he's been doing this for 20yrs well he's got a long way to go if this is how he does business. I highly recommend staying away from this place.
