  Terrible service! Bought a whole set for a living room and a kitchen with tables chairs etc... I spent a big amount of money to get it and took the leather insurance too, just to be sure and to keep it off my mind. Couple years later I found out that they don’t treat the customers in a proper manner and acting weird, all because my leather sofa is peeling like crazy (we use it the most) along with the recliner and a love seat, and funny how from everything they got for warranty, THEY DECIDED TO GO THE CHEAPEST POSSIBLE WAY and replace only one small piece of a recliner chair, so apparently based on their words from the conversation WITH A MANAGER now i am supposed to throw my sofa in a dumpster even though the peeling is from the quality of the material, not from us and i took a 10 YEAR WARRANTY because i was going the (not) smart way and paying extra for the warranty to them. I have a business also where i treat my customers properly, but this is ridiculous. YOU GOT IT GOING REALLY GOOD ART VAN!!! BTW I bought a house a week ago, planned to go shopping for some more furniture, but after this, well, i guess I won’t be shopping around here anymore, thanks for opening my eyes...
